We spent our last day on Oahu at the Polynesian Cultural Center. After visiting the islands of Tonga, Fiji, Samoa, Aotearoa (New Zealand), Tahiti and Hawaii, we went to the luau. We tried all kinds of different foods like poi, haupia (coconut pudding) and of course the roasted pig. The night show was awesome with lots of fire-walking on it, sitting on it and playing with it.
